I like barbecue of all stripes. I have my preferences (Memphis BBQ, mostly), but I'm not one of those people who thinks that you must like one particular style of BBQ exclusively. People who bitch and moan about Texas vs. Kansas City vs. Memphis vs. Carolina etc etc need to relax. It's all damn good, just different.
