If it's a crime to almost do something or think about it, just about everybody in the country would be behind bars.

It's not a crime by any means what the kid did, but when your dad is on tv every night,he probably isn't gonna be too happy with seeing the intentions of what his son had in mind. I'd personally be mortified if I watched my son on video thinking of sticking his ballsack on another man's face. Just me though.
