I don't believe I've seen anyone in this thread that has said, "it's fine to be completely obliterated in public."
Rather, people have stated it's entirely uncalled for and, not to mention, illegal to place your scrotum on someone without consent, no matter their mental or physical state.

Nah, some here would think it's OK to tea bag a quadriplegic nun. She can't stop it and she shouldn't have been bungee jumping in the first place. It's her fault.
