LSU's D came out flat in the 1st, and those 3 touchdowns wouldn't have mattered anyway. We shut your offense down starting the 3rd qtr and wore your D down ending up w/ 200+ yards rushing.

Hey buddy, we all know LSU won. You seem to ignore the point I'm making though.

I'm just gonna throw this out there... if UGA had been up 24-0 midway through the 2nd quarter, are we positive les sticks with trying to grind it out or does a touch of panic set in?
UGA had a real chance in that game had they executed fully (they blew it, lsu didnt "stop them")in the first half. Even then, UGA would have needed to find a way to run the ball which may have been impossible anyways with Crowell being gimpy.

Georgia and Arkansas both moved the ball against our defense because of missed assignments and breakdowns in the defensive backfield, notably by Tharold Simon. He is the weak link and gets confused with misdirection when the offense seems to be going the other way.

Get us leaning in one way in coverage and come back at us with misdirection. Someone in the secondary could blow an assignment.

But, in both the Arky and Georgia, the defense figured things out and then locked both teams down. The problems didn't last long.
