I honestly think this is what he was trying to do. And, other than trash talking, there hasn't been a single instance in TM7's career where he's done something physically on the field that would be considered questionable, as it pertains to him trying to be dirty or attempting to injure one of his opponents.

As for if I agree with it. Not really. Even if it is a technique that they practice, I don't think there should be any technique taught where you attempt to perform any kind of maneuver on a player once they are past you. And, to be honest, I think the technique he is referring to isn't meant to be performed once a player is in front of you, which is why TM7 appeared to lunge forward and wrap is arm around the front of Kirkpatrick.

LSU fans saying there's nothing wrong with it, or Kirkpatrick is a pussy, or anything of the like, are wrong IMO.

Alabama fans saying that TM7 was singing for the head, or that he did in fact hit Kirkpatrick in the head, IMO, are absolutely wrong.

It was a stupid play for sure, and should have (and was) flagged. It was a half the distance penalty anyway so 5 yards difference meant nothing

It was NOT a dirty play at all, and had Dre not gotten hurt it would be a non issue. Gumps just want to use anything against the kid because he is a great player and it irritates them
