His big loss pushed a team to bowl eligibility. His signature win came against a team that lost to Texas Tech at home. I'd be upset as well but you can't lose to Iowa State. Mizzou abused them 52-17. They only beat two other teams in conference. They were 3 points better than Kansas. OSU should have won that game by 40.

I think Stanford had a better argument beating USC and losing to Oregon. The computers were not for them so nobody cares but they didn't poop the bed against someone like UCLA at least.
