Smart wouldn't leave VCU for Maryland. Why in the hell would he go to LSU?

More upside. If the basketball was more successful the university would dump money into it just like football. Way more than Maryland could afford to.
Just my thoughts. I could be wrong, but I don't think I am. Of course I never do.
