on recruiting (assuming SEC). I believe here is first hand knowledge to the situation and the illegal recruiting going on. It really is sad, but coaches are getting paid millions, job on the line, and some seeking to do what it takes to keep their job. Also, some are just seeking perfection like Meyer/Saban.

This is just one section of the interview that caught my attention.

Q. What did you not like about college football that might have influenced your decision to step away, and how has it become more to your liking in the last 12 months?

COACH MEYER: That’s hard. I want to say this the right way. I tried to do other people’s jobs, because I’d sit in the staff room. I’d hear about all the nonsense going on and where were recruits, why they were going here, and what’s going on.

He was keenly aware of the pot smokers he had to recruit, the folks with their hands out to land recruits and the agent's runners milling about.

It's not going to be any different at OSU. Well, I bet their PD don't arrest players for pot but other than that.
