Has there ever been a Heisman winner that just completely disappeared in the second half of the biggest game of the season? Not flaming but I really cannot think of a recent Heisman winner that won it like that.

He had 169 yards of total offense against LSU.

Was any of that in the fourth quarter? Or overtime? Did he even play in the overtime period? Serious questions.

Have Alabama fans posted about what happened in the overtime period. The teams did not look evenly matched in that part of the game.

Alabama did not have a designed play to Richardson in OT, until the 2nd and long pass. It was just overthrown. McCarron was sacked on third down.

Bama had its 5th string in. You are a good observer. We knew if we could tie it in regulation we would get a rematch. Saban through OT to get a bye week into the MNC.

1st and 10 at LSU 25 AJ McCarron pass incomplete to Trent Richardson. 6 6
2nd and 10 at LSU 25 ALABAMA penalty 5 yard Substitution Infraction accepted.
2nd and 15 at LSU 30 AJ McCarron pass incomplete to Trent Richardson.
3rd and 15 at LSU 30 AJ McCarron sacked by Sam Montgomery for a loss of 5 yards to the LSU 35.
4th and 20 at LSU 35 Cade Foster 52 yard field goal MISSED.

Please excuse for not remembering exactly how these plays developed but I don't think he was the primary receiver on any of these plays.

The 1st and 10 wasn't designed. I think it was a third option. The 2nd and 15 was designed.

He was open on 2nd and 15, too. It was just a poorly thrown pass.
