Apples to Oranges... Bama fans conveniently forget (Don't blame them) LSU won the SEC both years. Bama has nothing but a win against Penn St and R Kansas (who really sucks)

And the #2 ranking in the BCS, which unlike winning the SEC, is the only thing that you need to get to the BCSCG.
