turning into a joke

Jokes are fun I heard one about a team in Oklahoma that wanted to play in a national title game but they lost to a horrible team in Ames, Iowa when favored by 28.

That would be like Bama losing to Ole Miss or Vandy - two teams we were favored by 28 to beat. Beat Ole Miss 52-7 & Vandy 34-0.

If Bama doesnt make it I hope it is OSU. LSU (or Bama) would beat OSU by 17+.

Was the comparison of teams ranked at the time the game was played or ranked now? If it was when the game was played guess what....THE BCS ISN'T RELEASED UNTIL THE MIDDLE OF THE SEASON. WHich means.....for half the season NO team is ranked in the BCS.

And seriously guys....yes LSU played Oregon. Other than that the schedule is a wash. We played 7 SEC games not against each other...6 were common opponents with the difference being Alabama played Vandy and LSU played Kentucky. Hell, Vandy killed Kentucky anyway.
