I said from the start I didn't think Dooley was a good hire. The only things that have gotten him to where he is are his last name and placing himself in a nice and cosy spot up Saban's arse to ride his coattails. He talks a nice game at pressers and tries to imitate Saban as best he can, but he isn't 1/10000th the coach Sabes is.

On the bright side for Tenn, their recruiting has stayed pretty strong with Dooley in spite of the poor record.
