First 1-loss Ok State is already a hair away from undefeated LSU. That should tell you something.

Second, If you add hypothetical games on his website, it looks like OSU is way above LSU if LSU loses. I have reproduced the Colley Matrix myself and if I get a chance I will run a few different scenarios - but I am certain that Ok State would be above 1-loss LSU.

Now in fairness, the highest and lowest computers are thrown out, so they would need more than just Colley to be relevant. But if they finish above LSU in Colley, good chance they do in one of the remaining 5.
