You are correct that Arkansas doesn't produce talent like LA, Bama. Ga but the state is smaller population wise but is fairly large geographically. Also school systems in the state are not consolidated which makes for a whole lot of schools playing football on Friday Nights. Therefore the state isn't covered as thoroughly by the recruiting services and many athletes get overlooked and under-rated.
