and certainly Arkansas' defense would have had us backed up to our goalline like that to be in the situation in the first place.

We're splitting hairs, here. I said on the first page that I don't expect Arky to win this game. They are horrid on the road. LSU will likely cover the spread.
My only point was that he (Adams) will likely have more punt return yards than you (an LSU fan) thinks, but it won't be as much as Arky will want/need.
