Correct, and I will tell you with 99.8% certainty the PSU legal department was involved.
But remember this was after they (University Police) tapped a conversation of Him admitting to Mom he showered naked with her kid and his penis may have rubbed against the childs back. AFTER...

What confuses me about this situation is the students that are rallying behind Joe Pa. Either they haven't taken the time to read the Grand Jury report or just don't care about the facts.
He KNEW what happened in 02', and yes he reported it to his superior, but WHY were the police never called? He failed majorly at his moral responsibility to protect that child and future children from this monster.
