nope.
if there is a 3 way tie, you look at the BCS standings.
actually the 2nd place in the BCS (among the teams in the 3 way tie) goes, if they won the head to head, AND the 2nd place team is within 5 BCS places of the first place team (among the 3 tied)

then petition for a 3 way playoff, who ever won it would kill the EAST champ. If Arky beats LSU then you have Bama and LSU again to play Arkansas to have one champ then they would go to the SECCG. Doubt LSU or Bama would want to replay that again though.
