Where is 'victory hill'? I went to LSU for the LSU vs. Bama game and do not recall seeing any hills at all (Louisiana seems like a flat state).

Also my friend walked right through the band while they were about to begin their pregame march thing, and got slapped upside the head by a clarinet player. Funny shite

The main part of the LSU campus is just above the flood plain of the Mississippi River. The stadium is on the flood plain, and there is a drop of several feet from the rest of campus. The band marches downhill from the band hall to the stadium, hence, "Victory Hill." The "Hill" is somewhat tongue-in-cheek.

There are rolling hills in parts of the state, particularly from just west of Monroe to Shreveport and down toward Alexandria.
