Exactly. I get that. What I am trying to tell you is that Texas, Texas Tech, and Oklahoma will not be in the SEC. They won't come; the SEC doesn't want them. Argue the point all you want, it is true. So then my question is why move the conference game all the way to Texas just for aTm viewers?



You quite obviously don't get it, if you think this about Texas, Tech, or Oklahoma. It has nothing to do with luring them, enticing them, or otherwise co-opting them into the SEC. Nothing. Zero. Nada.

The idea is to make new fans of the product and create new viewers, and to put the SEC in front of the best possible market for future growth. It's about putting together the most attractive possible package for television contracts.

These things are all better served by an SEC CG in Jerry World than they are with one solely Atlanta based.

I get that and agree to a extint. I'm arguing that no one over there will care, save aTm fans. We will agree to disagree.
