So by "limited number of tickets" they for real meant like less than 100 singles? 
That's really odd, where did those singles come from and why does the university have them? Although the upper south endzone is visitor seating, doesn't seem like Alabama would have a bunch of singles up there. Really strange. Never heard of anything like this before.

Some ofthe upper south is faculty seating. I'm guessing that's what they were selling. University has been saying for years they would be cracking down in faculty re-selling their tickets, and I guess they finally are doing that. I'd expect faculty to get smaller allotments in the coming years.

Yep all singles. Was attempting to use this route to get a couple for a guy and his wife that wanted to go but only single tickets available.
