The state of Louisiana would be much better off if we turned some of our 4 year universities into JC's. Only LSU and La Tech even made the list of top public universities and we have a bunch of them

It'll be a cold day in hell the day someone posts a ranking or list that didn't result in the UA/AU fans starting a dick-measuring contest over it.
