That is one of AUs biggest problems, they do not offer the same scholarship opportunities as some other schools. My understanding is that UA gives board and tuition plus laptops and other stipends for NMS.

Yep. That's what they offered me at least. Ole Miss offered me tuition, room and board, plus stipends to cover "living expenses." Oklahoma offered free tuition. Florida offered some money but I can't remember how much.
