Last year my shite didn't come on and I spent the first 3 quarters arguing with them. They swore for 3 hours that it was working. Finally figured out it was only showing IN MY KIDS ROOM. Then they told me if I watched the last quarter they would have to charge me. I told them to turn it the frick off and gimme my money back. I hate those frickers.
