Because of the Longhorn Network, Texas can no longer join the Pac 12.

If A&M ejects, Texas will become an independent.

Sounds like A&M would be wise to move, then.

As an independent, Texas would likely still schedule A&M every year, keeping their fight song and all of the rest of their traditions intact.

I see this as the thing to happen. Since Texas just got their Notre Dame TV deal, they can do whatever they want!
