I can see him being moderately successful, but I still think he's the most overrated coach in the country by a loooong shot. The only reason he's ever done anything at all in his career and is still employed is because of his dad.

He's overrated just because he needs to accomplish something on the field to warrant the coverage he gets..
But in college coaching I tend to believe perception is often reality, and as long as he's a hot name and can keep trending upwards, he'll be able to rake in athletes just like Carroll did and compete very well.
