I know. But this same firm also settled a similar SCT suit with Rice back in 2009. Not sure what the settlement was.

Not sure if this firm is just trying to make easy cash filling similar suits or if they're just trying to do the right thing.

Odds are it's the first one.....but I'll still hold out hope.
