The thing about Arky is this...
They are a SWC burnout... they jumped into the SEC for total survival reasons, their cross-division rivalry naturally is the other expansion team, USC, which is honestly much more SEC-esque than they are.
They set up a "rivalry" with LSU, who isn't appreciative of it, because of their Bayou uniqueness and autonomy.
The "Flagship" is a joke resulting from all of the above awkwardness in the conference.
Did I miss anything?
PS - Most of the good athletes from Arkansas go to other SEC schools.

It is kind of surprising how many elite players they lose from their own state. But other than those top 2 or 3 guys, Arkansas athletes are usually a little underrated IMO
