That's fn stupid. I'm sure the intent is if someone killed a bunch of cows at a dairy plant, or killed a bunch of orange trees at a fruit farm. Auburn isn't an animal or crop facility is it?

Those trees would have died of natural causes before a 40 yr sentence would be up.
