yeah, supposedly though the statute of limitations has run so he nor the school will get in trouble

Interesting point. I still believe that the man cannot possibly benefit from confessing. If it were to be stated that he received benefits from a member(s) that are still associated with the schoolprogram, would that not place a black cloud around that member? Wouldn't it also cause more suspicion toward Auburn? Unless he says Tommy Tubberville or Jack Miller did it all, I cannot see how it goes anywhere but bad for Auburn.

I bet AU would hate for a loophole to be found in regard to the above. Saved by a loophole...only to be reamed by a loophole.
