Yeah historical landmark. Anything that old is considered an historical landmark. We have a huge oak that is planted next to our church and the city won't even allow us to have it trimmed or cut back. They have to do it. We actually inquired about having it removed due to its size and how close it is to the church and we were advised due to the age it is considered historical and thereby cannot be cut or moved.
