re: "Oversigning" situation at SC explained

Sometimes coaches will sign a guy even though the know he won't qualify, just to send him to JUCO. Signing him first, though, gives them a little advantage when he becomes eligible after JUCO. A lot of coaches and coaching staffs do that.
