Make the new rule, then Auburn will just pay-off the 4th cousin or family dog. NCAA is such a joke right now. This rule will fix NOTHING!
-Cheat on a test = 1-4 game suspension.
-Dad extorts $100,000 from a school's alumni = no penalty
