I don't really agree with "he broke free" - the dude stopped tackling him. But Herron did keep his feet churning and moved a bit.

And it's not like he didn't break a few other tackles earlier in the game when he was apparently stopped. With a strong back like that you give him the benefit of the doubt when he is not down.
