Not to mention that SACS is a bunch of pointy-headed, non-medical types who insist on being addressed as DOCTAH, who have never achieved a fricking thing in life outside of being members in good standing of the liberal bastion of university FACULTY.

The Auburn University faculty was menstruating over the Auburn Board of Trustees, ergo their buddies at SACS stepped in and fought the fight the liberal Auburn faculty didn't have the guts to fight themselves.
