I agree. Bama would have lost to Texas last year had McCoy played.

Likewise, Auburn would have lost to Alabama with McElroy, Arkansas with Mallet, and Clemson with Parker



Anyhow, Alabama 2009 had the most all-americans ever assembled on one team. They are the only SEC team to have ever gone 14-0. They played the #2 ranked SOS, beat 10 bowl teams, beat a 12-0 team and a 13-0 team back-to-back, and didn't get to play the title game in their home state (cough LSU 2003/2007 cough). 2009's defense would not have given up a 24 point lead, so I'd have to say Bama wins.
