Does State have an alumnus with that type of money? Not trying to say it won't happen, but that is a ton of money.
Side Note: The Penningtons donated over $120 million to LSU to start the Pennington Biomedical Research Facility. (Edit: Meaning that large donations don't always go to sports...as a matter of fact, many large donations are made with the disclaimer that they cannot be used for sports...damn academic purest).

The Waltons donated $300 million to Arkansas with a disclaimer that none of it could be used on athletics.
