I'd promote Gus to HC, make Gene the DC/Assistant HC, and fire Roof.

On a side note, did the Auburn players really give Malzhan a gatorade shower and not Chiz? Someone was telling me this since I didn't watch the game.

delete this garbage...come on...chiz is a good coach, auburn will be fine next year too with a new OC. Chiz is poised, etc.

Isn't it odd that an OC gets a gatorade shower. Isn't that suppose to be reserved for the Head Coach.

I know Chizik is a good coach and this is no way a shot on him. He's a hell of a DC, though, and I'd love to keep Malzahn.

Chizik is a good coach. He stay pretty calm and puts the breaks on Gus. Gus would go for it on 4th down every time if he could. Gus will be a good HC but its going to take alot of lessons in order for him to see the long term during a game.
