I see you are using Auburn reasoning skills. Let's try it this way, Auburn is beautiful, has a great property tax level, and would be a great place to retire to. How many have actually done so?

Auburn area population increased by 18.7% from 2000 to 2006, Lee Co. increased by 18.1% from '00 to '09. Both figures are better than triple the state average increase.
