Just curious, what did you not like...the cleanliness, chairback seats, ample parking, countless sports bars, incredible food, or amazing jumbotron?

Football inside feels weird, and it was incredible how little energy there was at the game. I was in the very first row of the 2nd section, so I had damn good seats too; probably the best seats I have ever had at a big game.

Everything is WAY overpriced compared to the old Cotton Bowl, and the crowd just doesn't get into it. The 2009 Cotton Bowl was one of the best (and most fun) games I have ever been to; 2010 just did not compare.

And why do you need sportsbars? They already sell beer, and if you want liquor just bring your own in and save like 50 bucks throughout the course of a game.

I've been to both games we played against eATMe in Jerry World, and the atmosphere in those games was electric. Loved the mostly even mix of fans. Loved how every swing in momentum amped up the energy just a little bit more. Each game has its own personality, and it sounds like your second Cotton Bowl was just 'one of those games."

The prices there are really not out of line for any comparable venue - i.e. NFL stadium. An $8 large beer is about par for the course these days.

And we loved going into Jerry World a couple hours before the game and watching the early games on the TVs in the sports bars. It's a new experience, and it's neat to be able to sit in a sports bar and watch multiple games, then stagger up to your seat for pregame and kickoff.
