Now, UNC had half their starters out so I don't know how good of a test it was.

I think they do. Yates and McElroy both had decent games against LSU. I know two of Yates's TDs came late but I don't think that really matters.
I think a lot of the LSU fans arguing that their D is so great vs pro-style offenses are kind of reaching... it's not like they've faced very many good pro-style offenses, and in the games they did (Alabama and UNC), they gave up an average of 22.5 points. Neither Alabama nor UNC have offenses as good as ours.
That's doesn't mean that LSU won't do well against our offense, but I don't think it's very clear that LSU is great against good pro-style offenses.
