If they had fifteen more yards to drive, they would have simply drained more clock. Ole Miss wasn't stopping anybody.

This. Our D was gassed. Losing both Lockett and Scott for the year really destroyed our depth on the line.

You don't know that.
It could have been put in the endzone for a touchback.
Field position matters a ton, you're crazy if you think otherwise.
