No one knows corruption more than people from Louisiana. Our political system is so corrupt that most people shrug when ANOTHER politician gets indicted for something. We even re-elect crooks knowing full well that they are crooks.
It's just part of our whacky charm, so you might as well just embrace it. It seems like that is what your athletic department is doing right now. "We know he's REALLY going to be ineligible, but we're going to play him until you tell us not to. Because it's who we are."
