If Dad and/or Cam and/or agent were soliciting money for Cam, Cam is ineligible from NCAA play.

Period, regardless of whether or not payment was made. Of course, it makes it a LOT worse for Auburn if payment was indeed made.

Regardless, Newton would be ineligible for a period of time TBD by NCAA.

Not to mention it is against federal law and they could go to prison for soliciting money.

Not according to Joe Schad...asking for money is not against teh NCAA rules.
