As far as being honest citizens, a benefit to society, and/or unfortunate victims of circumstance, please rate on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the squeakiest of clean or Tebow-esque):

Bishop Cecil Newton
Kenny Rogers (not the roasted chicken man/gambler)
