Used to be illegal touching, but I believe their changed it so the player has to actually try and catch it, not just get hit in the back.

I think it should be called grounding if anything, but usually they call it a tuck-frickup and just say incomplete.

He has to intentionally touch the pass for it to be a foul for illegal touching.
