Yeah but then you have a week to get your offense ready to play with a new quarterback, and to run different plays than they've been running all year. I know they've practiced with Trotter, and they've run all the plays in practice and in some games, but it's not like switching a light on and off. If the offense wasn't actually dependent on Cam running the ball so much, why put him at risk? If he can run the same offense from a year ago that was so effective, why not do it?

The offense is better with Cam running the ball. That's been pretty well displayed so far I believe.
I'm not saying that with Trotter the offense would be better because it wont. I'm saying that it's not the collapse you're alluding it to be.
