Lil Wayne was/is reportedly addicted to it. It's definitely a southern thing.
I've had it before. I almost shite my pants and had to take a dump in a bar which is one of the lower points of my life.
It supposedly destroys your stomach lining and leads to stomach ulcers along with the normal destruction of liver and kidney functions.
