No matter how hardcore GPD is, it doesn't discount how fricking stupid Frankie Hammond is for driving with not only 1 open bottle, but 2. Kid sounds like a frickin rocket scientist to me.

i dont understand the big d. If he wants to booze cruise with two of his favorite whiskey selections, speed, and swerve right and left, he can do it. these cops must be fsu fans
