Tennessee - Nebraska both traditional powers who are currently struggling and lacking any substantial in state talent.

esp within the SEC LSU bears a lot of resemblance to UGA... major school from a talent rich state... decent amount of success (top 10-15 program all time)

There is no comparison to Alabama.
JK....I'd say Oklahoma or Texas...maybe Nebraska.

I'd say Colorado. Generally pretty mediocre with peaks and valleys. Has had success in the past, but not incredibly well sustained success.

I would have gone with Minnesota for Ole Miss
OU for Alabama
Nebraska for UT isn't bad... although Nebraska was awfully dominant for a long time
LSU/UGA
Florida might be Miami really... both have clearly emerged over the last 2-3 decades and have racked up 3 and 5 NCs respectively... obviously Miami and Gainesville are not so similar and neither are their facilities tho (with the city and facilities issues I could see USC and Miami analogy too)
Struggling for a good one for Auburn, more history than most programs, good success, #2 school in the state... if Texas A&M had been better the last 15 years then maybe them
South Carolina? God awful for years, now mediocre... passionate fans... little sister in their state... coming up empty... maybe Oregon State?

Florida - Miami (not "Old Money", but top notch these days)
Tennessee - Nebraska (Reasons already Stated)
Alabama - Oklahoma (Habitual cheaters)
LSU - I like the PSU comparison
Auburn - Texas A & M (Will never be the big dog in state, but has limitless potential)
Georgia - Florida State (years of mediocrity followed by years of success)
South Carolina - Some program that has never finished in the top two for their division
Kentucky - Kansas (Basketball school that can field a competitive team maybe 1 or 2 times a decade)
Miss State - Ole Miss
Ole Miss - Miss State
Arkansas - Missouri (No particular reason)
Vandy - Wake Forest

I dont see Vandy ever winning a conference championship and going to a BCS bowl. Baylor is better
