Didn't LSU beat them that year?
And I believe that the Heisman trophy is for what happens in college. McFadden was my choice when he lost to Tebow, and he hasn't been all that spectacular in the NFL. Nor has Reggie Bush. Nor has Matt Leinart. But they were badasses on the field in college. Just because heisman trophy winners haven't had a good career after college, doesn't mean they weren't great college athletes.
